Lisa Pezzi-Forrest – Accounting/HR Manager

My duties include working with the owners and president to identify strategic goals and objectives; this includes forecasting, planning, and reviewing future logistic needs to effect the future growth of the company. I am also the liaison for all investors; makes recommendations for quarterly distributions based on profit and loss and future business requirements.

I joined ACHWorks at the beginning of the millennium, taking over the book keeping, human resources, and office management duties from the founder. Today, I still do all of those things but take an even more active role in day to day operations and long term planning. The team we have assembled is really first class, and that makes a lot of the aspects of my job easier. Most of us have been here over 10 years, and the few new additions have fit together seamlessly. I’m a very intuitive person, and I like to think that my intuition has contributed a lot to who we have invited to join our team.
